I had the pleasure of getting to chop it up with Justin Mihaly on todays episode of Never Stop Building and it was awesome.
We met a few years ago at an NPC bodybuilding competition in Charleston and his energy stood out to me among everyone else at the show.
Justin is a decorated IFBB Pro bodybuilder, owner and founder of Team Mihaly - a company that coaches elite level athletes in the bodybuilding community, and an investor in many other companies.
But more importantly - Justin is a leader, a servant, and an overall great dude. He'll go into more detail on why WHO he is matters far more than WHAT he's accomplished.
From humble beginnings to starting over in the height of an extremely successful career Justin really tells all as we talk through what the last 24 months have been like for him as an athlete, business owner and man.
